Sponge cake hearts and Pirulin Spread truffleđ
We continue in the most romantic mood...this time with an easy, delicious recipe ideal for these dates!
For the cake:
225 grams of butter
225 grams of sugar
4 eggs
225 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of milk
Preparation (10 minutes)
-We mix the flour, sugar and yeast in a container.
-Add the eggs and melted butter to the mixture.
-We beat until we obtain a smooth texture.
-Pour the dough into a previously greased mold (approximately 2cm thick)
-We bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
-We check that it is ready by inserting a toothpick into the center of the cake.
-Let it cool for 10 minutes.
-We unmold and let it cool completely on a rack.
-We cut according to the desired shape. For the occasion we have used heart molds.
For the filling we will need:
400 ml. cream
100 gr. sugar
100 gr. by Spread
To decorate: more truffle, wafers and we have used strawberries, although any fruit of the forest is greatđ„°
