We have bought at the super the puff pastry dough, it is a delicious and easy option to make these desserts.

For our volovan to be perfect, remember to bake it by placing a small piece of aluminum or baking paper, with some grains on top in the center, the weight will prevent the puff pastry from growing and forming this "canoe or basket" shape that later we can fill.

For the filling you can bake with the chocolate and fruit (it will become like a jam), or like us who have opted for fresh red fruits, as we show in the video...
