Classic Chocolate Cake with Pirulin

For the Cake:
Self-raising flour – 2 Cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Cocoa – 1 cup
Oil – ½ cup vegetable oil
Eggs – 2
Boiling Water – 1 Cup
To fill out:
Dark chocolate
Unsalted butter
Glass sugar, sifted
Vanilla extract
To decorate:
Classic Lollipop
A ribbon
Now that you have everything you need, it's time for you to get to work.
Steps to make the chocolate cake with Pirulin:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F
Step 2: Mix all the solid ingredients of the cake in a bowl, that is, the flour, sugar and cocoa.
Step 3: Then add the ½ cup of oil and the eggs, to mix everything.
Step 4: Add boiling water to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Step 5: Flour a mold, use butter and sugar, pour the mixture into it and put it in the oven for approximately 35 minutes.
Step 6: Check that your cake is ready with a toothpick and remove it from the oven.
While your cake is cooling it is time to prepare the filling:
Step 7: melt the chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat and when you do, let it cool a little.
Step 8: In another container you must beat the butter and add the sugar when it is soft and creamy.
Step 9: when this mixture is shiny, it is time to add the vanilla and chocolate.
Step 10: After the cake cools you can cut it in half with a knife or thread, gently and slowly so that accidents do not happen.
Step 11: Cover one of the cake tops with the filling, then place the other half on top as a lid and cover the rest with the remaining chocolate.
Now that you have completed these steps, it is time to put the final touch on your cake decoration. For that you are going to glue our wafers on the edges and we are going to secure them with the tape.
