A Pirucream morning!

This is what we think about when we talk about starting the week with attitude❤️

For the pancakes you will need:

· Butter 30g

· 2 Eggs M

· Milk

· Vanilla extract (to taste)

· Wheat flour 200g

· Chemical yeast 10g

· Sugar 40g


Preparation.

Step 1: To achieve greater fluffiness, we separate the whites from the yolk, and beat the whites until stiff.

Step 2: We melt the butter, and in a bowl we mix the milk, vanilla extract and the yolks.

Step 3: In a deep container we sift the flour together with the baking powder and add the sugar.

Step 4. We mix until the wet ingredients are integrated with the dry ingredients, we can use a mixer for this.

Step 5. Once we have everything well integrated, we mix the beaten egg whites until stiff.

Step 6. We place an iron on the fire at medium temperature. When it is hot, we pour small portions of the dough onto the griddle, leaving space between them so that they do not stick to each other, and cook for a couple of minutes.

When small bubbles begin to appear on the surface, turn our pancakes and cook on the other side for a couple more minutes. We repeat the operation until we finish with the dough (this will give you approximately 16 pancakes).


To replicate the tower in our photo, we placed a layer of Pirucream Spread between de pancakes and topped it with our classic choco-hazelnut wafers.
