A forest of flavor
In this delicious Christmas recipe, puff pastry pines filled with our delicious chocolate and hazelnut cream become a feast that combines culinary tradition with the festive spirit.
Preparing them is very easy!
Take note of the ingredients we need:
1. We bought puff pastry dough at the supermarket.
2. You will have to divide the puff pastry into two equal parts.
3. Fill one of the parts with a lot of our Spread, and we place the other half as we show in the video.
4. Cut thin strips...approximately 2cm thick.
5. Roll into a tower as we show in the video and hold your raw tree with a toothpick (don't worry about the size...in the oven they will grow and magic will happen).
6. Brush with egg (previously mixed with brown sugar and a little milk).
7. You can bake for 8 minutes at 200°, although you can also do it in the Airfryer (always check to see if they are turning golden brown so you can take them out).
Once outside, you can "snow" them with powdered sugar.
These delicious bites encapsulate the essence of the celebration: the crispy puff pastry symbolizes the joy and effervescence of the season, while the soft choco-hazelnut filling represents the warm spirit of togetherness and sweetness that unites us during the festivities.
