A delicious turkey!
Why have any dessert? If you can have a delicious turkey decorated with wafers!
This recipe, as always, is very easy, ready?
For the cupcakes:
115 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
85 g unsalted butter, at room temperature.
175 g brown sugar
2 eggs L
185 g sifted flour
3/4 teaspoon royal baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
a pinch of salt
250 ml semi-skimmed milk at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation of the cupcakes:
We preheat the oven to 160-170ºC.
We place the paper bases to bake the cupcakes in the mold.
We break the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave in 30-second shifts. Then we take it out and move it to prevent it from burning. Once melted, let it cool.
In a separate bowl, add the butter and sugar, and beat until you get a fluffy mixture. This will take about 3-5 minutes with a hand mixer (a little less with an electric mixer).
In another separate bowl, separate the egg yolks and beat for a couple of minutes.
We slowly add them to the butter and sugar mixture, without stopping beating.
We add the chocolate to the mixture, and continue beating.
On the other hand, we mix the sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
We put the milk and vanilla extract in a jug and mix
We add 1/3 of the flour mixture to the chocolate mass and beat well. Then we add 1/3 of the milk and continue beating. We repeat these steps until everything is well mixed.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, and carefully add them to the previous mixture with a paddle, mixing with enveloping movements so that the air in the mixture does not disappear.
We fill the cupcake molds. Bake for 20 minutes with top and bottom heat, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cold down.
For the cream:
200g Cream cheese
30g Cocoa powder
10g of our Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
100g icing sugar
For decoration:
We used FunCakes brand fondant, but there are multiple options on the market.
